These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and every order placed with Red Menace. By accessing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.

You are responsible for the equipment and connection needed to access the site. You agree not to interfere with the site's functionality, attempt to bypass security measures, collect data without authorization, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice, and accept no liability for loss resulting from such changes.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch — for example, where a price was listed in error or fraud is suspected. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Every piece is made to order and production begins shortly after checkout. Customer cancellations are accepted only before production begins; contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once production has started, the order stands.

Payment is taken at checkout in US$. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. Failed deliveries and re-shipping costs arising from incorrect details are your responsibility.

Releases are produced in limited runs and are rarely restocked. Items in your cart are not reserved — a piece belongs to whoever completes checkout first. Once a drop ends, it is unlikely to return.

As all items are made to order, allow 3–7 business days of production before dispatch.

Production times, delivery windows, and the returns process are set out on the shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. In summary: misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs; change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit, with return shipping at your cost; socks, underwear, swimwear, and sale items are final. Customs duties and import taxes charged at the border are your responsibility.

All content on this site and on our garments — including graphics, photography, text, designs, and marks — is owned by or licensed to Red Menace and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the site for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without our written authorization is prohibited.

Any feedback, reviews, or materials you submit to us are considered non-confidential. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials, and you are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but do not accept liability for inaccuracies or for reliance placed on site content, and may correct or update content at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the price of the product purchased. We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of United States courts.
