Shipping & returns
Every piece is made to order and shipped tracked, worldwide. Production times, delivery windows, and the returns process.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued when your order ships. Customs clearance and local holidays can extend delivery times. If your package has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate. Packages confirmed lost in transit are remade and re-shipped at no cost.
Please verify your address and phone number at checkout. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details are your responsibility.
Customs & duties
Depending on the destination, customs duties or import taxes may be charged at the border. These charges are set by your country and are your responsibility.
Returns
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind: contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition; return shipping is at your cost. Socks, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and sale items are final.
Cancellations are accepted only before production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after ordering.
